Antipodes Jubilation Ultra Nourishing Hand & Body Cream Review

Hello! Is it me your looking for? Said my hands when I applied Antipodes® Jubilation Ultra Nourishing Hand & Body Cream. My hands were yearning for TLC, so many past lovers and no-one could satisfy and moisturise like Jubilation. The name says it all. Now residing in my handbag for the regular moisture love, this fully-recyclable metallic green tube, is super dupa cool and eye catching.

Designed to replenish moisture and refresh ageing skin cells, Jubilation Ultra Nourishing Hand & Body Cream is a sublime combination of nature’s premium plant oils, providing an ultimate daily nutritional skin boost. Avocado and meadowfoam oil unite to create a luscious base; nutrient-rich, these pure ingredients contain essential Omega oils 3, 6 and 9, and Vitamins A, C and E – vital elements that nourish and nurture the skin.

Added to this are oils from the superfruits kiwifruit and blackcurrant. Kiwi seed oil contains high concentrations of Omega 3 and up to 60% of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential organic compound also found in flaxseed and nuts. Wild blackcurrant, harvested naturally in New Zealand, has the ability to neutralise free radical damage, and contains high concentrations of Vitamins C and E.

Suitable for all skin conditions, particularly ultra-dry, apply to hands throughout the day, especially when skin feels tight or parched. I also apply this moisturiser on my elbows and knees. Perfect for the whole body and where needed.  Medium thick consistency, the cream blends easily and instantly abosrbs into the skin leaving it soft.  Even after washing my hands my skin still felt soft.

Antipodes® Jubilation Ultra Nourishing Hand & Body Cream is delish on the skin and the smell is their usual yummy sniffable trademark scent. With a blend of fig, feijoa and wild blackcurrant that harmonises upon application, I really am tempted to taste it!

Antipodes® skincare and makeup is available in more than 320 stores across New Zealand, 700 stores in Australia and in nine other countries internationally. No Antipodes® products are tested on animals and, the Vegetarian Society of the United Kingdom approves the entire range.

Jubilation is available exclusively to Priceline only – RRP $34

Antipodes® Immortal SPF15 - Natural Sun Protection Face & Body Moisturiser Review

If you follow my blog, you may already know that I love Antipodes® products, you can read all about it here. They have added another amazing product to their ever growing brand and excitingly want you to know about it.

Antipodes® is one of New Zealand’s leading creators of ecologically produced skincare as well as a scientifically validated organic beauty company, which means a lot to me when it comes to buying organic. Each product is a careful blend of naturally premium sourced ingredients, grown locally in New Zealand and beyond.

The Immortal SPF15 Natural Sun Protection Face & Body Moisturiser offers a high shield of defence by filtering damaging Ultraviolet A (UVA) rays and blocking burning Ultraviolet B (UVB) sunlight.   It is a fragrance-free daily moisturiser with a broad-spectrum natural sun protection factor of 15, which defends against sun damage while locking in moisture and boosting healthy cells.

Immortal contains a natural mineral, Solaveil, to filter UVA and block UVB rays. Solaveil is a zinc based compound, dispersed in coconut-derived capric/caprylic acid. To this is added organic raspberry seed oil, which along with being rich in Vitamin A, essential fatty acids and Omegas 3 and 6, also offers natural UVA sun-filtration.

These natural sunshield properties are in stark contrast with those offered by synthetic sunscreens. Many contain petrochemical ingredients such as PABA and methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol, which are non-sustainable and may be irritating to the skin.

Immortal also contains Vinanza Performance Plus®, a super-antioxidant compound extracted from grape and kiwifruit seeds, and the Reishi Mushroom of Immortality, which enhances cell renewal processes and helps to lock moisture into the skin.

Immortal is a light moisturiser, smells divine and instantly absorbs into the skin. To apply Immortal, gently rub between the fingertips or palms to warm, before applying.  I applied Immortal daily to my face, ears, decolletage, arms and the front of my hands.  Immortal has made my skin soft and supple and does not interfere with other products (moisturiser, serum, essence) that I apply on my skin. It is quick drying and non greasy or heavy feeling like other products with SPF does. I apply my makeup afterwards with no issues with make-up sliding or feeling like my skin needs a wash, which again, I get that when using other SPF products.

Immortal SPF 15 Natural Sun Protection Face and Body Moisturiser is certified to meet strict Australian regulations for the labelling of sun products.  It is suitable for all skin types and can be used all over the body that is exposed to the harmful rays.

The Immortal Moisturiser is available at Myer, David Jones, Priceline and selected pharmacies – RRP $47.50
